Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with PostRite in under 5 minutes. This guide will walk you through creating your first scheduled post.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A PostRite account (sign up at app.postrite.app)
  • At least one social media account to connect

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit app.postrite.app and sign in with Google or use a magic link (passwordless email sign-in). After signing up, the onboarding wizard will guide you through creating your first organization and setting your preferences.

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial — select a plan and enter your payment details to start. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

Step 2: Connect a Social Account

After signing in:

  1. Go to the Platforms page in the sidebar
  2. Click Connect on the platform you want to add
  3. Select the platform you want to connect (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  4. Follow the authorization prompts
  5. Your account will appear in the list once connected

Tip: You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform. For example, connect both your personal Twitter and your company Twitter account.

Step 3: Create Your First Post

  1. Go to the Posts page and click New Post
  2. Write your post content in the editor
  3. Select which platforms to publish to using the platform selector
  4. Preview how your post will look on each platform with the live preview panel
  5. Optionally add images or videos by clicking the upload area, dragging files, or browsing your Media Library

First time? When you open the post editor for the first time, you'll see an interactive walkthrough that guides you through each part of the editor.

You have two options:

Publish Now

Click Publish to immediately publish your post to all selected platforms.

Schedule for Later
