Platform-Specific Media Overrides
For Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, PostRite can generate a platform-specific image variant in the editor when the shared asset does not fit the destination ratio. The override stays attached only to that platform, so your shared media remains untouched for the rest of the post.

- Threads perform well for longer content
- Images significantly boost engagement
- Professional, value-driven content
- First 140 characters are crucial (preview)
- Document posts get high engagement
- Best times: Tuesday-Thursday mornings
- Visual quality is paramount
- Reels get more reach than static posts
- Stories for time-sensitive content
- Use location tags for local reach
- Use First Comment to keep captions clean and put hashtags in a separate comment
- Try Trial Reels to test content with non-followers before going wide
- Set up Auto-Reply to engage with commenters automatically (keyword-triggered or first N comments)
TikTok
- Hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
- Vertical video only (9:16)
- Use trending sounds when possible
- Consistency matters more than perfection
- Vertical images (2:3) perform best
- Add text overlay to explain the pin
- Keywords in title and description
- Link to relevant content
