Profile Settings

Manage your personal account information and preferences.

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. You'll land on the Account page

Profile Information

Display Name

Your display name appears throughout the app and to your team members. To change it:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Edit Profile
  3. Enter your new name
  4. Click Save Changes

Avatar

Your avatar is pulled from your Google account when you sign in. To change it, update your avatar on Google.

Email Address

Your email is used for account login and notifications. It's set when you create your account and cannot be changed directly. Contact support if you need to update your email.

Account Information

View your account details:

  • Account ID: Your unique identifier
  • Current Plan: Your subscription tier
  • Member Since: When you joined PostRite

Security

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account. See the Two-Factor Auth guide for details.

Sessions

View and manage your active sessions. You can sign out of other devices if needed.

Danger Zone

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Click Delete My Account

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile and account data
  • All scheduled and draft posts
  • Platform connections
  • Membership in all organizations

Note: If you're the only owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership or delete the organization first.
