Billing
Understand how billing works in PostRite and manage your subscription.
How Billing Works
PostRite charges per organization. Each organization has its own independent subscription, allowing you to manage multiple workspaces with different plans.
Per-Organization Billing
If you're part of multiple organizations, each has its own subscription. You can only manage billing for organizations where you're an Owner.
Free Trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial that starts automatically when you create your workspace — no plan selection and no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to all features. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep publishing; your posts, media, and connected accounts are preserved.
Promotion Codes
Have a promotion code? At checkout you'll see an Add promotion code field where you can enter it to apply your discount before you pay. The discount is reflected in the total shown on the checkout page.
Plans
PostRite offers three plans, each with different limits:
| Feature | Basic | Standard | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social accounts | 3 | 6 | 12 |
| Posts per month* | 100 | 200 | 400 |
| Team members | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Templates | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Media library | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Storage limit | 5 GB | 10 GB | 20 GB |
| All platforms | Yes | Yes | Yes |
* Each platform destination counts as one post. For example, publishing a post to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn counts as 3 posts. Only successfully published posts count towards your limit — failed publications are not charged. Posts count against the month in which they are published, and your monthly quota resets every month on your billing cycle's anchor day — including on annual plans.
Monthly or Annual Billing
Every plan can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing charges for 11 months instead of 12 — one month free — and is billed once per year. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle on the pricing section or in Settings → Billing to compare the two. Plan limits are identical on both intervals.
You can switch interval at any time. Upgrading (including moving from monthly to annual) takes effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades — such as switching from annual back to monthly — take effect at the end of your current billing period.
