Requirements

WhatsApp Business Account: You need a verified WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Suite.

Business Verification: Meta requires business verification for WhatsApp Business API access.

System User: Create a System User with whatsapp_business_messaging permission and generate a permanent access token.

Opt-in Required: Recipients must opt-in to receive messages from your business (WhatsApp policy compliance).

Template Approval: Outbound message templates must be approved by WhatsApp before use.
