PostRite is a social media scheduling and publishing platform that allows you to create, schedule, and publish content to various social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

To use PostRite, you must:

  • Create an account using Google Sign-In or Magic Link (passwordless email)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostRite to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate the terms of connected social media platforms

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through PostRite. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our scheduling services.

6. Third-Party Platforms

PostRite integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms through our service is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostRite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
