Requirements
Telegram Bot: You need to create a Telegram bot through @BotFather and add it to your channel/group as an administrator.
Admin Rights: Your bot needs posting permissions in the channel or group where you want to publish.
File Limits: Files up to 50MB via bot API. For larger files, consider using links or cloud storage.
